YES. I'm agreed miracle can happen if we believe and really focus. Based on my experience that joining MLM business we always use this song to create energy and positive mindset. Our journey is up and down in the business and in our everyday life but once we believe we can do it!

Building Rapport

During my working time as a Merchant Communication I have learned how to close effective sales. Closing is not an easy but it's not difficult too if we know the technique. One of the most powerful closing is by building rapport. Building rapport is part of building relationship.

Why building relationship is important in sales?

By building relationship is being able to adapt to each customer's personality. Some relationship are built quickly, while others may take a few weeks, a month or a year. We always have rapport with our good friend. So we can propose to them easly. But it's different with friend that we have lost contact. In this case me must building rapport again with them. WHY? I can say it's because time has past and people can change every day. We must make them trust us again and feel comfortable with us. By doing this I can sure customer's will have intention to buy the product or at least to consider it.

Building rapport + building relationship = trust relationship == > closing.

I think I can easly buy product from my friend because of trust relationship. As long as the product is good and can benefit me.

Selling Clothes

I wanted to update all business opportunity in this blog that we can do. Therefore if I have new ideas to share it only I will update here. OK. Yesterday I called up my friend invited him to come to my house but he is not free. He got appointment with supplier. I wonder why he need to meet supplier? By the way he told me that he is now doing business. Wow... I'm solute him! He said he want to so something that can make money. He is my close friend. Anything we can talk directly. He said he want to sell T-shirt and pant to me at RM33 only.

I ask him: what brand is your product?

He said: no brand. But it's nice. Very suite you

I said: OK bring it over.

Actually he plan to do this ( sell clothes ) quite long time ago. This is because one of his friend known many supplier. His friend work at Padini Concept Store so he got good relationship with supplier. This is a good opportunity for him to open up this business. Very very good idea.

Before this he ask me to share with him and a few friend to open a restaurant. But to do that we must have a big capital. Location also is very important. Beside that we must employ a manpower. This all things must spend a lot of money. But selling clothes also is a good idea because people need to wear it anyway.

What can we do with recycle books?

The Star and Popular bookstores are organising The Star - Popular ReadCycle for Charity 2008 campaign. Yesterday I bring my kids to Ikano in the morning. I interested to one shop at Ikano which sell all the barbies doll dress. My daughter very interested. It's very cute and nice. Just imagine barbies doll dress can be one of business that can earn money. Very fantastic ideas. I love it!!
